VINYASA YOGA/STRETCH                                                                                                 

 Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

MMAdness:

Get ready for HAND-2-HAND COMBAT with your self-doubt!!! Combat combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun!!! Camo-Paint optional!

 PUMP IT UP:

A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! We believe PUMP, with high-rep full body weight training, gets you the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

SPIN-SANITY:

Take the ultimate ride! This Spin class incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching technique to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why THIS class is totally addictive.

 SKINNY JEANS:

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of abdominal/core strength! Just in time for you to fit into those skinny jeans!

 HIIT-EXTREME:

A combo of high intensity intervals, circuit and bootcamp style training to get you a maximum calorie burn!!!

This 30 minute class will get you in and out with a total body blast! All levels are welcome.

SHRED:

A 30 minute class of rapidly repeating sets of exercises to provide a maximum calorie burn and cardiovascular training or all fitness levels.

MAT:

A low-impact, total body toning workout utilizing balance, stability, and resistance. All done from the comfort of your mat!

EGO:

A full body workout that will seek to transform the mind, body, and soul. Each class will start with a cardio warm-up to engage your mind and set the pace for the class. Each muscle group will be worked until it is completely fatigued by use of light weights and minimum equipment and a combination of strength training and Pilates type movements. Come to class with an open mind and burning passion to grow physically and mentally!

SilverSneakers Classic:

SilverSneakers® Classic. Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level. Only for SilverSneakers insurance members.

SilverSneakers Circuit:

Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill. Only for SilverSneakers insurance members.
