For the beginners to the advanced who want to take their fitness to the NEXT level!

WHAT is SGT:

Small groups of 8 are lead by our highly certified training team, trained to break down movement and progress or regress you depending on how you move in class.

WHEN: Effective June 1st! Sign-Up NOW!!

WHY:

While our group ex instructors are highly qualified and motivating, it is nearly impossible to give individualized attention to a large group AND teach class. In these small training groups our training team is able to give individual corrections more often and more consistently when needed!

COST: *1 Class $10, 1 month $75, 3 months $150

*Barre-A total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record time. Utilizing a barre or chair to perform isometric movements set to fantastic music.

*Commit to get Fit - A program designed to help participants lose weight through healthful eating, regular exercise, and behavior change. It includes 30minutes of exercise combined with accountability and goal setting.

*More on the Gym Floor- For the beginner to everyday gym goers. Learn how to effectively use the floor equipment dumbbells, free weights, cables etc. to maximize your efforts and get the most out of your workout!

4 week challenge that incorporates sports training techniques that will take your body and fitness level to new heights. It's cross training to the max, plyometrics, speed & agility, strength, power, core and balance exercises.

*Functional Flexibility - This thirty minute class is designed for those of us who just can't seem to set aside the necessary time to stretch our muscles correctly. Through fluid movement and static stretching, functional flexibility is sure to leave you feeling longer and leaner, giving your body increased injury prevention and range of motion.
